As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness. The Senior Customer Success Partner reports to the Customer Director, APAC of TELUS Consumer Goods and acts as one of the key operators within the Sales & Customer Team, responsible for the growth and retention of a portfolio of customers. The role is focused on APAC and TPx and Retail Execution products which may expand over time.

The Customer Success Partner should be experienced in working with a range of clients with multiple stakeholders and worked in a software / services provider.

  • Managing churn and increasing customer retention
  • Creating a minimum-viable onboarding process with in-app guidance
  • Educating customers with in-app help and improving customer experience
  • Driving account expansion and growing lifetime value
  • Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
  • Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
  • Mapping customer success journeys to spot and remove friction
  • Building and implementing the right customer success playbook
  • Liaising with the sales team to understand customer needs
  • Liaising with the marketing team for better user insights
  • Support both short term and long-term opportunities aligned to customer needs to meet revenue targets
  • Establish multiple contacts within the organization to ensure engagement continues regardless of client resource churn.
  • Understand and be able to effectively communicate our advantages over the competition
  • Work with Product Strategy to identify new propositions and offers so that it they are aligned to each client’s business and needs

What you bring to this role

  • Customer Success experience with SaaS software solutions, including knowledge of TPM and Retail Execution capabilities.
  • Significant experience in related industries including Retail Execution, Software Sales, Consulting, Market Research, Agencies, Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, and 3rd party Services.
  • Proven track record of sales support, client leadership and ownership, & demonstrated success in developing client relationships.
  • Ability to coach and develop capability in others.
  • Strong presence and ability to engage at different levels of client organization (Exec Sponsors, IT, Sales and Finance Leaders) – decision makers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, with unwavering ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Strong aptitude for driving innovation internally and at the Client level.
  • Strong track record at successfully meeting/exceeding business/revenue targets and driving impact.
  • Superior communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, driver of change and transformation.
